How We Operate

BodiedbyNV doesn’t operate like other establishments because we believe in what we do. We will always suggest trying a preliminary treatment to see how the body responds to the treatment. If you wish to upgrade to a package, it will be customized to your specific needs and a special rate will be given. This allows you to invest with confidence, being fully aware of the process and results to expect. With package purchases, there will be ongoing support to ensure maximum results.

Confirming Appointments

A NON-refundable $45 deposit is required to book an appointment . This secures your booked time and is credited towards your treatment cost. Once the deposit has been received, you will get a booking confirmation, pre-treatment checklist and other instructions important to your appointment.

Payments

For the remaining balance owing we happily accept cash, e-transfer, debit and all major credit cards. For cash payments, there will a UV-C box that clients can drop the cash in and it will be disinfected. We do not have change, Please ensure Cash amounts are exact !.

Running Late or Can’t Make it

Please let us know if there will be a delay in your arrival. If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule depending on our appointment schedule. If you wish, you may still come for that scheduled treatment however will only be able to accommodate the remaining scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 12 hours is needed to reschedule with the same deposit, any last minute cancelations will result in forfeit and a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

Expectation of Results

Results vary from person to person, because we are all unique. For maximum results a balanced and active lifestyle plus a minimum of 2.5L of water daily is essential during the entire course of treatments. Staying accountable between your treatments is crucial, we will be here to help guide you with any questions or concerns. The progress of our clients matter to us as we wholeheartedly put our care in to each treatment.

Refunds

BodiedbyNV does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Being a small business, cost are kept at an affordable rate while delivering exceptional results. This is why we take numerous measures to ensure you are certain of your investment before payment.
